What’s tested?
- Semen volume: Total amount of semen you produce
- Sperm concentration: The number of sperm in your semen
- Motility: The percentage of sperm that are moving
- Morphology: The percentage of sperm with a normal shape and size

How do I take this test?
After you order, a kit will be shipped to your home. You’ll collect your sample, send it back, and get your results in your Conceive dashboard.

What’s tested?
Includes all tests from Basics for Her, plus:
- Prolactin: Assesses pituitary gland function, which can influence menstrual cycles.
- Vitamin D: Important for reproductive health, fertility, and pregnancy outcomes.
- Complete Blood Count (CBC): General health screening for blood disorders and overall wellness.
- Blood type: Necessary for pregnancy planning, prenatal care, and anyone undergoing surgery such as an egg retrieval.
- Infectious disease screening: HIV, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Hepatitis C Antibody, Syphilis; crucial for safe conception and pregnancy.
- Immunity screening: Rubella, Varicella; ensures immunity to protect pregnancy health

When should I take this test?
This test needs to be taken between days 2-4 of your cycle (with Day 1 being the first day of your period).

Women’s Basic Fertility Test

What’s tested?
- Estradiol: Evaluates ovarian function and helps determine follicular health.
- Luteinizing Hormone (LH): Indicates the health of your ovulation cycle.
- Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH): Assesses ovarian reserve and egg quality.
- Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH): Helps estimate ovarian reserve and reproductive lifespan.
- Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH): Checks thyroid health, crucial for fertility and pregnancy.
